And, like a thumbprint, your lungs are as unique as you are.

What is a Lungprint?

Your Lungprint will help reveal information about your individual experience with asthma and the impact it’s having on your day-to-day life and emotional well-being. It will also help you understand if your asthma is under control.

How to make a Lungprint?

Take a few minutes to fill out the form and answer some questions. By creating your Lungprint, you’ll gain a better understanding about asthma’s role in your life. Once the questionnaire is completed, you will receive a copy to share with your GP or Respiratory Physician.

Make the first move to understand more about your asthma.
